Founder & Chief Architect
Aetheria Intelligence is where I’m developing the architecture behind my research into delegated authority and AI execution governance.
AI systems are increasingly capable of doing useful work. Institutions still need to determine who may authorize an action, what exactly has been authorized, and what evidence shows that the action occurred within those limits.
The design separates proposal, authorization, execution, and independent assurance. The aim is institutional control that can be examined, rather than a promise that an intelligent system will exercise good judgment.
Aetheria is part of USF CONNECT’s Tampa Bay Technology Incubator.

A separate consulting venture focused on helping businesses put AI agents and automation to work in everyday operations.
The starting point is a business problem: information scattered across tools, a repetitive process, a customer handoff that loses momentum. From there, the work is to understand the workflow, decide where automation belongs, and define when a person must remain in the loop.

Tampa Bay is home base, but curiosity sets the boundaries. The idea is to bring different perspectives into the room, challenge assumptions, and leave space for humor.
